Abuse Happening Right Now

I know of animals that are being abused right now it has been going on a little of a year. There are dogs,puppies aned a horse involed. They are being starved and left outside in these harsh cold conditions and they need a safe warm place to call home. I"m not using my real name because my family knows these person personally and he has a tendency to be very abusive.   • Have you reported this to the authorites yet?  If so which ones?  Are there any photos or videos as proof that can be used to file a report with?  THANK YOU for caring enough to give these animals a voice.
