Description: This lion tries valiantly to take his persecutors with him. Warning, the video is painful to watch if you love big cats. Lion hunting has caused lion numbers to drop from more than 200,000 to around 35,000 in just a few years. These cats are in big trouble in the wild and trophy hunting is largely to blame.
