No It's a wild animal, not a child, I believe you missed the point here. This Chimpanzees should have been in a carry cage. Actually this chimpanzee should have been with his mother and then we wouldn't even be discussing this would we?

Exotic animals is the hands of the wrong people only end up hurting others, and the animals are the ones at the end that suffer. I was the one that called the attorney generals office and pleaded with them NOT to put the chimp down, just to quarantine him. We must be the voice for the animals!!!!!!
